If you made a purchase on PureCBD.it as a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason, pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

After receiving your request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt via email.

Return of products

Once you have communicated your withdrawal, the products must be returned within 14 days.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products that have been opened after delivery, in the cases provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code.
The products must be returned intact in their original packaging.

The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Unless otherwise indicated, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Refund

After receiving the returned products or proof of their shipment, we will issue a refund within the terms provided by current legislation.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
